FAQ's

1. How can I place an order? To place an order, simply browse our products, select the item(s) you wish to purchase, and add them to your cart. Proceed to the checkout page, where you'll need to provide your shipping and payment details. Review your order, confirm the details, and click "Place Order" to complete your purchase.

2. What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Google Pay and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Please allow 14 days for delivery of your sunglasses. 

4. Can I track my order? Yes, once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website. You will also be given the option to download the Shop app which will keep you up to date on your order.

5. What is your return policy? We have a hassle-free 14 day return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 7. How can I contact customer support? Our customer support team is available to assist you. We also provide a live chat feature which you will find in the bottom righthand corner of our website. You can also reach us through the "Contact" page on our website, where you'll find a contact form to submit your inquiry.  Alternatively, you can email us at orders@kdeam.co.uk.

8. Are your products covered by a warranty? Yes, all our products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Please contact our customer support team at orders@kdeam.co.uk and we'll assist you in resolving the matter.

9. Do you offer wholesale discounts? Yes, we offer wholesale discounts for certain products. If you're interested in purchasing a large quantity, please contact us at orders@kdeam.co.uk, and we will provide you with the necessary information.

10. Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed? We strive to process orders quickly; however, if you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
